InvestX is thrilled to announce the appointment of Rick Vitale, an investment industry veteran, to lead our sales and business development teams. Rick will be responsible for engaging with and increasing our broker-dealer network to drive our business to the next level.

Rick has held many vital roles in the past, including being the former President of a FINRA member broker-dealer and co-owner of an alternative investment product sponsor firm. Most recently, Rick was the Chief Distribution Officer at Legendary Capital, LLC. In his extensive career, spanning more than 30 years, Rick has worked across all primary investment sponsor activities: Corporate Policy Formulation and Implementation, Product Development, Sales Distribution, Sales Management, Key Accounts Development and Management, Wholesaling, Broker Dealer Operations and Management, Marketing, Communications, Due Diligence, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Property Acquisitions, Property Dispositions, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Human Resources.

Rick holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and Series 7, 63, 24, and 79 securities licenses.
